Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any Profitex Solutions product or service. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to them.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of profitexsolutions.com and any product, community, or service offered by Profitex Solutions ("Profitex," "we," "us," "our"), including Faceless Tube Academy, 30DaysFIC, and our advertising agency services. By visiting our site, joining a community, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or join any of our paid communities. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you're providing accurate information when you register or check out.

We may add, change, or discontinue products and services at any time. Where a product includes access to a private WhatsApp or Telegram community, that access is part of the product and subject to Section 9 below.
Prices are shown in the currency stated on the relevant product page (Naira or US Dollars) and may change at any time before you complete a purchase. Payments are processed securely by Paystack; we don't collect or store your full card details ourselves — see our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled. You're responsible for any bank or transaction charges applied by your card issuer or bank.
Access to a digital product is generally granted automatically once Paystack confirms your payment. If you don't receive access within 24 hours, contact us using the details in Section 17.
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the material for your own learning and business use. You may not:
We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Because our digital products give you immediate access to proprietary training content, all sales are final once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law. If you experience a technical issue with access or delivery, contact us and we'll work to resolve it.

If you actually offer any refund window, satisfaction guarantee, or conditional refund (e.g. "before you access module 2"), replace this section with your real policy before publishing — a clearly stated refund policy is also expected by Paystack and card networks.
Our training products teach strategies and methods for making money online through YouTube, affiliate marketing, and digital products. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcome. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and the policies of third-party platforms.
Our advertising agency services are scoped and priced individually per client and may be governed by a separate agreement or statement of work. Advertising performance depends on factors including your offer, market, budget, and third-party ad platform policies. We do not guarantee any specific return on ad spend, click-through rate, or sales outcome.

All course content, videos, scripts, templates, website design, and branding belonging to Profitex Solutions are our property (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a license to use the content as described in Section 5 — it does not transfer ownership to you.

Our website and products rely on third-party services, including Paystack (payments), WhatsApp and Telegram (communities), and YouTube, Meta, and TikTok (advertising and content platforms taught in our training). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profitex Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including lost income, profits, or business opportunities — arising from your use of our website, products, or training. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Profitex Solutions harmless from any claim, loss, or damage (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, regardless of where you access our services from.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continuing to use our website or products after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
