Profitex Solutions ("Profitex," "we," "us," or "our") is a Nigeria-based digital products company. We create and promote products including Faceless Tube Academy, 30DaysFIC, AcademyPips, and our done-for-you advertising agency services, serving customers in Nigeria and across the diaspora (including the UK, Canada, and the US).

This policy applies to profitexsolutions.com, any checkout pages linked from it, and the WhatsApp, Telegram, and email channels we use to communicate with customers and prospective customers.

Information you give us directly, such as when you fill out a contact form, message us on WhatsApp, join a Telegram community, or purchase a product:

• Name and contact details (email address, phone/WhatsApp number)
• The product or service you're interested in, and any message you send us
• Billing details you enter at checkout (see the Paystack section below — we do not receive or store your full card number)
• Any information you choose to share in a Telegram or WhatsApp community, such as your username or profile details

Information collected automatically when you visit our website:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and general location (city/country level)
• Pages visited, referring links, and how you interact with the site
• Cookie and similar tracking data — see Section 5

Information from third parties, such as payment confirmations from Paystack, or information passed to us by an affiliate or partner who referred you to us.

3How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the product or service you purchased, and provide access, support, and updates
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Respond to enquiries sent by email, WhatsApp, or our contact form
• Send you marketing messages about our products (you can opt out at any time — see Section 9)
• Improve our website, products, and customer experience
• Meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

4Payments & Paystack

Payments on our website are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment services provider. When you make a purchase, you are directed to a secure Paystack checkout to enter your card, bank, or transfer details.

Paystack processes this information as an independent data controller/processor in its own right, and its use of your data is governed by Paystack's own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before making a payment.

5Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site (for example, through website analytics). Some cookies may also be set by advertising platforms (such as Meta/Facebook and TikTok) if you arrive at our site through an ad, so we can measure how our campaigns perform.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

6How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Paystack, to process your payment
• Service providers who help us run our business — for example, website hosting, email delivery, and customer messaging tools — under obligations to keep your data secure
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta and TikTok), in aggregated or hashed form, to measure and improve our ad campaigns
• Regulators, tax authorities, or law enforcement, where we're legally required to
• A successor organization, if Profitex Solutions is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, maintain business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. Transaction records are generally kept for the period required by Nigerian tax and financial regulations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep — see Section 9.

8Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website and restricting access to customer data to team members who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and request a copy
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time — reply "STOP" to a WhatsApp broadcast, use the unsubscribe link in our emails, or simply tell us directly
• Leave a Telegram community at any time

10International users

Profitex Solutions is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and your information is primarily processed here. If you're contacting or purchasing from us from the UK, Canada, the US, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in Nigeria. By using our site or purchasing our products, you consent to this transfer.

11Children's privacy

Our products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

12Third-party links

Our site and communications may link to third-party platforms such as Paystack, WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, or social media pages. We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies.
